    • Select limited edition products including The REVIVAL INITIATIVE Collection academy rashguards and shorts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
    • Sales that are eligible for return must be returned within 30 days of order date. Anything beyond 30 days will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
    • Order Return Qualifications Checklist
      • Only new, unworn, unwashed products with all packaging and tags attached are eligible for returns.
      • There are no exchanges. In the event of a qualified return, customers will need to reorder the product again. CARBYNE will consider exchanges on case by case basis for defective goods and operational and shipping errors..
      • There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees and credit card/Shopify processing fees.
      • Customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with return. CARBYNE will cover shipping on a case by case basis if return/exchange is due to defective products or errors made by CARBYNE staff
      • No returns or exchanges for limited edition/sale/clearance items, unless for defective products or errors made by CARBYNE staff.
      • Refunds are processed after product is returned and inspected as new. Refunds will take 14 to 21 business days to process.
      • If product was purchased through a third party affiliate or retailer, then the customer will need to contact the third party affiliate or retailer for returns and refunds and abide by the third party’s refund, return and exchange policy.
      • Product Delivery Issues
        • We recommend customers purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping.
        • If products are undeliverable and returned to us, customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs. We will contact customer for additional address and shipping information. If customer doesn’t respond, we will process refund minus shipping costs and credit card/Shopify fees.
      • Our Return Process
        • For returns, refunds, and exchanges, please contact us at or through our Contact Us page with customer name, order number, and phone number.
        • We will email our return policy checklist to see if the customer qualifies for a return and refund.
        • If customer qualifies for a return, the customer will receive an email with CARBYNE’s mailing address to ship product. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by customer, unless there is a product defect or shipping error made by CARBYNE.
        • Upon inspection of the returned item, CARBYNE will issue the customer a refund  minus any shipping, credit card/Shopify fees and restocking fees that may apply.
